I have been seeing Lou for several years now, and all I can say is she is the best! She has listened to my concerns, has given me honest feedback and has created a skin treatment plan that is specifically tailored to me and my goals. I have had several different treatments, Jet Plasma, Micro needling and basic dermaplaning. My skin has never looked better. The fine lines are diminishing, my skin is more even toned and more plump. I can't recommend Lou enough!

I hesitate to leave this review because I want to be able to find open booking times with her (lol), but Lou is amazing! Run—don’t walk! I’ve had many facials in the past and am diligent about my skincare routine but this was my best one bar none and Lou taught me so much. Her approach is highly personalized and she went absolutely above and beyond, helping me during the appointment and following up with a detailed treatment plan afterward. She is focused on building a relationship with you and helping you to achieve your goals and is not pushy at all—you will be able to move at your own pace and within your own budget. I cannot recommend her enough! And she is located in a cute little salon off 431 that I’ve passed a million times and wondered about—the staff there was absolutely lovely as well.

I had the absolute best experience with Lou! My appointment was at 2, and she was promptly ready for me. Her space was impeccably clean, warm and inviting. Lou was really professional and explained my procedure in detail, answering all of my questions. I had a Jet Plasma procedure and although it takes 4-6 appointments for full effect, I noticed results right away! I highly recommend Lou!
